Dulcie Hoshino has been with Hawaiian Telcom (GTE, Verizon) since February 1994. In their role as Field Engineer, Dulcie works with customers to explain Cisco Callmanager system and phone features, gathering database and programming. Additionally, Dulcie has experience in coordinating PBX projects, including collecting customer information for large PBX programming. Their work also involves coordinating installation of network products and associated equipment such as frame relay, PRI, T1 tie lines, sonet, and ATM. In their previous role as a Residential Rep, Dulcie handled orders for phone service, service activation, billing inquiries & adjustments, and also worked in the escalation desk as an acting supervisor.

The Data Center Colocation segment consists of data center services, including colocation and virtual private cloud. As of December 31, 2016, its telecommunications operations served approximately 296,000 voice access lines, 19,000 business Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) lines, 111,000 high-speed Internet lines, and 42,000 video subscribers.
