Jeannine Souki

Jeannine Souki is a seasoned professional in government and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Senior Manager at Hawaiian Telcom since January 2022. With a strong background in government relations and community outreach, Jeannine founded Proa Pacific LLC and served as Managing Partner from February 2015 to December 2021. Notable roles include Chief of Staff for Honolulu City Councilmember Esther Kia'āina and Director of Government Affairs & Corporate Communications at Hawaii Gas. As Executive Director of the Hawaii Public Charter Schools Network, Jeannine focused on educational initiatives, and as Director of Community Development at Pulama Lanai, contributed to strategies for community improvement. Jeannine's extensive experience includes positions in public affairs at Watanabe Ing LLP and K12, as well as legislative assistance in Seattle. Jeannine holds a Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
