Barbara has held positions at HAWE Hydraulik SE, where Barbara managed accounts payable/receivable, international processes, and human resources development. Barbara also worked as a Regional Sales Director at ALDI SÜD. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
