Juergen Xia

Juergen (Yu) Xia is currently the R&D Director at HAWE Wuxi, where they focus on product development and exploring new applications for their customers. Previously, they held several engineering leadership positions, including Director of Engineering at HAWE Hydraulik and HOERBIGER, and Head of Engineering and Design at MBB Fertigungstechnik GmbH. Yu also served as a Design Engineering Supervisor and Academic Research Assistant early in their career, contributing to technical sales, application development, and simulation for servo hydraulic systems. Yu holds both a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
