Brian Mills

Brian Mills is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Hawk Research Laboratories, LLC since February 2024, Brian previously held the position of VP of Finance at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. from March 2018 to February 2024, where oversight included FP&A, general and cost accounting, SOX, and sales analytics. Prior to that, Brian was VP of Finance at GridLiance LLC, where significant contributions included establishing the FP&A function and securing a multimillion-dollar bid award. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Finance at Motorola Solutions for nearly 18 years, focusing on M&A, FP&A, and cost accounting for a substantial business unit. Brian holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
