Luca Ricchi

Luca Ricchi has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Translator/Guide at the Venice Biennale. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Service representative at Assoprint, where they managed the sales process and handled customer communication in multiple languages. In 2016, they worked at PreGel Spa in the Customer Service (Export Department), assisting international customers, translating documents, and coordinating with various departments. In 2020, Luca joined Ippen Digital GmbH & Co. KG as a Data Engineer. Currently, they are working at HAWK:AI, starting as a DevOps Engineer in 2021 before being promoted to Team Lead DevOps Engineering in 2023.

Luca Ricchi received a Bachelor's degree in Informatik from the Technical University of Munich in 2020. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Chinese language, society, and economy from the Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Luca also attended Xiamen University for a year to study Advanced Chinese Class for Foreigners. In addition to their degrees, Luca holds several certifications such as iLabX: The Internet Masterclass from edX in 2019, Test DaF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) from the TestDaF-Institut in 2016, Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 5 from Hanban/Confucius Institute in 2012, and Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level 1 from the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services in 2010.
