Aaron Kunz

Aaron Kunz has a strong background in software engineering and data science. Aaron is currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at HawkEye 360 since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Staff Software Engineer at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from 2010 to 2022. In this role, they developed machine learning analytics for cybersecurity applications and advised government clients on machine learning topics. Aaron also led teams in designing complex embedded systems. From 2008 to 2017, Aaron was the Co-Owner and Lead Software Engineer at Thinkenhaus, LLC, where they designed and implemented an automated trading platform and launched several iOS applications. Before that, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 2007 to 2010.

Aaron Kunz has a strong education history in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Aaron attended the University of Florida from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained both a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering.
