Nuno Vilaça

Nuno Vilaça has extensive work experience in the technology and satellite industry. Nuno is currently serving as the Vice President of International Sales at HawkEye 360, a company that operates the world's first commercial satellite RF detection constellation. In this role, they have built the international commercial market for space-based RF SIGINT products, securing contracts in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Prior to joining HawkEye 360, Nuno held various positions at different companies. At Planet, a disruptive earth-observation satellite company, they worked as an Account Executive, responsible for sales in the Africa, Middle East, and India regions. Nuno successfully built the MEAI region from scratch.

Nuno also gained valuable experience at Trimble Navigation, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager and Sales Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for selling the complete Aerial and Land Mobile portfolio in the EMEA and Brazil regions.

Additionally, Nuno worked as a Trainee at TopoSys GmbH, specializing in Airborne Laser and Imagery Data Processing, and at Alterra Wageningen UR, where they focused on Soil Science and Hydrological studies.

Their career began at the Waste Water Treatment Plant of Coimbra, where they worked as a Trainee and gained experience in waste water treatment and laboratory analysis.
