Phillip Jasper

Phillip Jasper has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on project management, engineering, and advisory roles. Phillip has recently joined HawkEye 360 as the Director of International Programs, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Aerospace Corporation from 2016 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Project Engineer and Project Leader. In these roles, they led customer-facing teams and managed engineering teams to conduct space technology analyses. Phillip also had budget management responsibilities, handling approximately $2M in budget tasking and supporting customer budget projections for tasking worth around $13M. Before joining The Aerospace Corporation, Phillip worked at Strategic Systems Programs from 2009 to 2016, where they held various engineering and project management positions.
