Dustin Dallenbach

Dustin Dallenbach currently serves as the Plant Operation Director at Arrow Senior Living Management since May 2024. With an extensive background in education and public safety, Dustin has been an instructor at Hawkeye Community College since July 2012 and has held various roles in law enforcement, including Police Chief and City Councilman in Independence, Iowa. Previous experience includes positions such as Environmental Supervisor at Ecumen, Explosive Detection K9 handler at MSA Security, and Deputy Sheriff in Buchanan County. Educational credentials consist of three Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from Hawkeye Community College in Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology, Police Science, and Natural Resources/Conservation.
