Erin Swancutt

Erin Swancutt is an experienced professional in the field of education and career services, currently serving as the Work-Based Learning Program Coordinator at Hawkeye Community College since March 2014. In this role, Erin connects K-12 students with various career opportunities, including job shadows, internships, and interactive speakers. As the Owner of Organizing Solutions by Erin, Erin provides organizing solutions for individuals and families since February 2013. Prior experience includes serving as an Admissions Advisor at Upper Iowa University, where Erin focused on new student enrollment and recruitment, and as the Assistant Director of Career Services at Simpson College, responsible for student career counseling. Erin also has experience as a Career Counselor with Iowa Campus Compact through AmeriCorps*VISTA. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Postsecondary Education: Student Affairs from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Community Sociology from Wartburg College.
