Katy McCracken

Katy McCracken is an experienced Human Resources Generalist at Hawkeye Community College since March 2022, with a robust background in recruitment and administration. Previously, Katy served as a Transaction Coordinator at Amy Wienands Real Estate and as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. Additionally, Katy has contributed to the performing arts as a Dance & Baton Instructor at Fusion Dance & Performing Arts since August 2015. Earlier roles include a contract position as a Corporate Recruiter for Kerry Foods and a wellness support position at the University of Northern Iowa. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Northern Iowa, attained in 2013.
