Kelly Carman

Kelly Carman is an experienced learning and development consultant, currently serving as the Owner of Learning Curve Learning & Development since January 2017. Kelly specializes in curriculum development, program delivery, and performance gap assessment for clients including several community colleges in Iowa and various organizations across multiple sectors. In addition to ongoing contract training roles at North Iowa Area Community College, Kirkwood Community College, and Hawkeye Community College, Kelly has a substantial background at CUNA Mutual Group, where roles included Corporate Learning and Development Consultant and Training Manager. Kelly's expertise encompasses a wide range of topics such as emotional intelligence and leadership, utilizing diverse instructional methods including eLearning and face-to-face facilitation.
