Dillon Douglas

Dillon Douglas is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and operations. Currently serving as the Task Force General Manager at Hawkeye Hotels since February 2024, Dillon has previously held significant leadership roles including Director of Hotel Operations at Prairie Meadows, Director of Revenue Management at Hotel Fort Des Moines, and Director of Hotel Operations at Hotel Deco Omaha. Additional experience includes management positions at Embassy Suites, Gateway Hotel & Conference Center, and Holiday Inn Express. Dillon holds a Coaching Certification in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Kirkwood Community College and is a graduate of Waco High School.
