Saveen Kumaar is a seasoned professional in human resources and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Founder of Zuluxe since November 2023 and as the Founder & CEO of HawkHire Hr Solutions since January 2017. At HawkHire Hr Solutions, Saveen Kumaar specializes in initiating and leading human resource programs, conducting research to diagnose issues, and providing strategic advice to enhance organizational effectiveness. Saveen Kumaar also has experience as a Freelance Recruitment Manager from January 2014 to September 2016. Educated at INLEAD with a PGIHM degree and holding degrees in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration from Punjab Technical University, Saveen Kumaar combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to drive change and develop effective HR practices.
