Jeff Hess is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the commercial real estate development sector, currently serving as COO/CLO at Hawkins Companies since September 1999, where responsibilities include overseeing development operations and managing a legal team. Prior roles include serving as a Clerk for Justice Cathy Silak at the Idaho Supreme Court, and as a Law Clerk intern at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeff also has a background in construction management, having served as Head of Construction for Georgia-Pacific LLC from 1980 to 1988, where oversight included construction and maintenance of Redwood sawmills. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor degree specializing in Business and Natural Resources from the University of Idaho College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Washington State University.
