Mindy Gronbeck has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, specifically in property management. Mindy joined Hawkins Companies in 2002 and held various roles, including Director of Property Management and EVP of Property Operations. Mindy has also been involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 2010, serving as the IREM Idaho Snake River Chapter President from 2010 to 2012.
