Ryan Manteuffel

Ryan Manteuffel has extensive experience in commercial real estate, particularly in retail development. Currently serving as a Development Partner at Hawkins Companies since March 2007, Ryan has contributed to the development of over 255 retail projects across 23 states, encompassing more than 10.8 million square feet of commercial space. Prior to Hawkins, Ryan held positions at Global Retail Development Group as a Manager and served as a Senior Associate, as well as an Associate at Retail Brokers, Inc., focusing on retail properties. Ryan earned a degree in Commercial Real Estate from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 1999 to 2004.
