Dave Skinner

Dave Skinner is an accomplished project executive with extensive experience in construction management, currently serving at Hawkins Construction, Inc. since October 2018. Prior roles include operations manager at Skanska USA, regional vice president of construction at Gables Residential, and operations director at BE&K Building Group. Dave previously held the position of project executive at Bovis Lend Lease. An alumnus of Purdue University, Dave earned a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction & Contracting Technology from 1981 to 1985.
