Mark Love

Mark Love is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in toxic exposure and chemical contamination cases. Currently serving as a Partner at Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP since January 2023, Mark specializes in managing toxic exposure litigation across California. Previously, Mark was a Partner in the Toxic Tort Litigation Department at Selman Breitman LLP from December 2000 to December 2022. Prior to this, Mark practiced at Low, Ball & Lynch, where responsibilities included all phases of toxic tort litigation and intellectual property matters. Mark began the legal career at Kincaid, Gianunzio Caudle & Hubert, defending companies in asbestos lawsuits. Mark holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.S. in Biology from Santa Clara University, along with coursework toward a Master’s degree in Microbiology and Toxicology at San José State University.
