Bill Hawkins has over four decades of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. As President of Hawkins Personnel Group since September 2000, Bill has overseen a leading staffing service with six offices in South Central Texas. Prior to this role, Bill founded Olsten Staffing Services of South Texas in January 1978, later rebranding it as Hawkins Personnel Group following the sale of Olsten. Earlier in their career, Bill served as National Operations Manager at ManpowerGroup's Petroleum Division, managing service stations across North America. Bill is an alumnus of St. Mary's University.
