Alexander has a history of conducting quantitative and qualitative research projects with many clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to prominent non-profit organizations and political candidates.
Alexander began his career at Global Strategy Group. In this public affairs agency, he utilized polling data to inform strategic communications initiatives to help political candidates win their electoral races and advocacy groups better understand public perceptions of their key issues. He conducted survey research that informed messaging priorities for the winning political campaigns of Senators John Hickenlooper and Mark Kelly and Congresswomen Abigail Spanberger and Mikie Sherrill. After the election cycle, Alexander took the rigorous methodological practices he learned in the political world and applied them to corporate market research at Benenson Strategy Group. He helped Fortune 500 companies hone communications strategies by conducting strategic brand monitoring, reputation trackers, and audience targeting, among other efforts.
Outside of work, Alexander is passionate about urban design and city planning and is an accredited member of the Congress for New Urbanism, devoted to creating better, more livable cities. In his spare time, he loves walking around New York City, visiting new developments and parks, and always making sure to discover a new coffee shop along the way.
Born and raised in San Diego, California, Alexander loves everything involving the outdoors and sunshine, and his favorite time of the year is (surprise, surprise) summer. He is also an avid traveler, having visited over 30 countries, and is looking forward to visiting many more.
