Julia Buchalska has over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Hawksmoor since February 2013, after progressing through multiple roles including Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Assistant Restaurant Manager. Prior to this, Julia held the position of Head Waitress at Hawksmoor Restaurant from November 2010 to February 2013, and head waitress at Gordon Ramsay Plane Food from March 2008 to November 2010. Julia started their career in hospitality as chef de rang at Gordon Ramsay Boxwood Cafe from April 2007 to March 2008. Julia holds a Master's degree from the University of Lodz, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
