Sofia Gassne has a diverse work experience starting from 2006 as a Research Assistant at Lund University. Sofia then worked as an Assistant Manager at Carlings from 2009 to 2011. After that, they held roles at The Diner (UK), first as an Assistant General Manager and later as a General Manager. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Good Life Diner as an Operations and Training Manager and later as a Group Launch Manager. Sofia then served as an HR Manager at Barworks Ltd from 2016 to 2018. Sofia then joined Hawksmoor Careers as an HR Manager and later became the Head Of Human Resources. In 2022, they became a Steering Committee Member for the Women's Night Safety Charter at Mayor of London. In 2023, they were voted one of the most influential women in hospitality by CODE Hospitality and also founded Culture Bar.
