Pamela McConnell-Guerra, SPHR, SHRM CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at HawkSoft since July 2017. Previously held roles include HR Manager at Fabric Depot and HR Generalist at Pacific Nutritional Foods Inc. Additionally, Pamela has served as a Human Resource Specialist at Reliant Behavioral Health, Director of Human Resources at Rose Villa Senior Living Community, and ran McConnell Management, providing HR consulting and bookkeeping services.
