Chelsea Porter

Chelsea Porter is a Partner at Hawley Troxell, specializing in public finance with a focus on bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and issuer's counsel. Since joining the firm in June 2014, Chelsea has assisted hospitals, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities in securing tax-exempt or tax-leveraged financing for new projects and facility improvements.
