Shayna Williams has extensive experience in desktop support and technology training, currently serving as a Desktop Administrator at Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley since August 2001, where support is provided for 150 computers. Previous roles include being an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay for two decades, and positions in technical support at companies such as Preco Electronics, Inc. and National Data Corporation. Additional experience includes podcasting on health topics, and administrative roles at AAA Idaho and The Summit Organization, emphasizing organizational and communication skills. Shayna holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration with a concentration in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate degree in Business/IT from San Francisco State University.
