Scott Poulton

Scott Poulton serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Haworth, a role held since April 1999, overseeing global mergers and acquisitions, legal affairs, and strategic ventures. Prior positions at Haworth include Vice President of North America Finance and Global Legal Affairs, and Director of North America Finance, where responsibilities encompassed financial strategy, operations, and compliance. Poulton also led international finance operations within the global finance organization. In addition to their tenure at Haworth, Poulton held the role of Executive Chairman and CEO of Bluescape Software, a collaborative workspace founded in partnership with Haworth and Obscura Digital. Poulton is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management, holding an MBA in Finance and International Business Strategy from the University of Windsor.
