Nicole MacDonald

Nicole Macdonald is a seasoned events professional currently serving as a Senior Events Coordinator at Hawthorn Football Club since January 2022. Nicole's extensive experience includes prior roles at the AFL - Australian Football League, where responsibilities included coordinating workforce planning and membership club support. Nicole also contributed to Adelaide Oval as an Operations Assistant, assisting with event day preparations, and held various positions at Event Workforce Group. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business in Sport and Recreational Management from the University of South Australia and has further education from Ryerson University in the same field.
