Billy Quinn has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Hawthorn Senior Living since April 2019. Prior to this role, Billy worked as an HR Manager at Ash Grove Packaging from March 2012 to December 2018 and held the position of Assistant HR Manager at the Arkansas Department of Human Services from July 2007 to January 2011, overseeing recruitment and placement for the state's largest agency with over 8,000 employees. Educationally, Billy earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University (2010-2012) and an MBA in International Business, with a focus on Spanish, from Harding University (2003-2008).
