Fred Rash

Fred Rash is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in the restaurant and retirement industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Hawthorn Retirement Group since September 2016, Fred has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Brooklyn Pizza Pasta Plus and General Managing Partner at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. Previous positions include General Manager at McCormick & Schmick's and Founding Partner/President at Phatt Boys Seafood BBQ & Chops. Fred also served as Senior Vice President & COO of Brew Moon Enterprises INC. Fred's education was completed at Lyndon State College.
