George Fievet

George Fievet, MBA, has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Carelon since July 2019, George has previously held significant positions including Interim Vice President of Software Delivery and Interoperability at AIM Specialty Health, where responsibilities included leading software development teams and establishing data service initiatives. George's tenure at AIM Specialty Health also included roles as Sr. Technical Manager, focusing on enterprise shared data and operations as well as client data exchange. Additionally, George has held educational leadership roles as Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Education for Hawthorn School District 73 since January 2019. George earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
