Jeffrey Boman

Jeffrey Boman has extensive legal and corporate experience, currently serving as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Associate Corporate Counsel at Hawthorne Cat since July 2015. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held positions as Corporate Counsel and Venture Manager at McCarthy & Holthus LLP and served as Director of Finance and Corporate Development at the Center for Solar Energy. Jeffrey's earlier experience includes working as an Attorney at Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz PC, a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs, and various law clerk and intern positions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of San Diego School of Business, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Economics and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
