Laurie Hayner

Laurie Hayner has a diverse work experience that ranges from leadership roles in healthcare and research organizations to owning their own consulting business. Laurie most recently worked at Hawthorne Effect, Inc. as the Vice President of Clinical Operations. Prior to that, they held positions at HCA Healthcare as the Division Director of Research, Mission Health as the Director of Research Institute, and Mission Health Systems as a Financial Analyst. Laurie also gained experience at Emory University and Clayton State University in roles related to sponsored programs and financial management. Their early career included positions at the Florida Department of State and Florida State University, where they served in various assistant roles. Throughout their career, Laurie has shown proficiency in strategic planning, program development, financial management, and compliance oversight.

Laurie Hayner holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Arts Administration (Non-Profit Management) from Florida State University (2005-2007). Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics (B.S.) and Music Performance (B.A.) at Piedmont College (2001-2005). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CRCP certification from MAGI in 2019 and the CRA certification from RACC in 2011.
