Jordan Daubenspeck is an experienced distribution and operations manager with a strong background in implementing continuous improvement processes through lean manufacturing and six sigma principles. Currently serving as the Distribution Manager at The Hawthorne Gardening Company, Jordan focuses on safety, quality, and performance while enhancing productivity and customer experience. Previously, Jordan held various roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, including Autonomous Operations Manager and Brewing Maintenance Manager, where leadership in team development and process optimization was key. Jordan's early career included internships at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Cubic, contributing to technology transfer and hardware engineering projects. Jordan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
