Dustyn Triplett (He/Him)

Dustyn began his career in property management in April 2017, right here with Hawthorne, at one of the largest communities in Greensboro as a Leasing & Live It! Specialist. In just two years, thanks to his charisma and passion for customer service, he quickly advanced to Assistant Community Manager at a brand-new lease-up in Jamestown, NC. He then contributed his talents to several other new lease-ups in Burlington and Greensboro as a Community Manager, where he not only met his goals of opening these properties on schedule and achieving occupancy targets but also helped to foster a sense of community in the process. After spending five years with Hawthorne, his on-site experience and ability to build a strong and successful team propelled him further along his career path to become a Regional Support Manager. After serving in the role of Regional Support Manager for three years, Dustyn has now transitioned to the role of Training & Support Manager. In this new position, Dustyn will collaborate with new team members to ensure they receive the best onboarding and training experience possible. He is eager to share his enthusiasm, passion, and industry knowledge in support of his fellow HRP family. When Dustyn is not training new on-site team members, you can find him spending quality time with family and friends or checking off destinations on his travel bucket list.
