Dustyn Triplett (He/Him)

Dustyn began his career in property management in April 2017, right here with Hawthorne, at one of their largest communities in Greensboro as a Leasing & Live It! Specialist. In just 2 years, thanks to his charisma and passion for customer service, he rose through the ranks, becoming an Assistant Community Manager at a brand-new lease-up in Jamestown, NC. He then lent his talents to several other brand-new lease-ups in Burlington and Greensboro as a Community Manager, where he not only surpassed his goals of opening these assets in due time and reaching occupancy expectations, but also helped to establish a community in the process. Now, 5 years later, his on-site experience and ability to create a solid and successful team have led him further down his career path to becoming a Regional Support Manager. He is eager to bring his enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge of the industry to supporting his fellow HRP family. When Dustyn is not reorganizing or rebranding social media platforms or assisting the on-site teams, you can find him spending quality time with family and friends, or checking off places on his travel bucket list.
