Andrew Stokes

Andrew Stokes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategy. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for both Hay and Shaype since January 2025, Andrew previously held the same role at Elula, where significant contributions included enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Elula, Andrew was Executive Stream Lead for Ubank's Digital Banking Integration Program, overseeing the integration of 86400 into Ubank's digital growth strategy. With a career spanning over 16 years at Commonwealth Bank, roles included Executive Manager of various operational and finance departments, where Andrew managed large teams, budgets, and compliance initiatives, achieving multiple awards for excellence in service delivery. Andrew's educational qualifications include CA and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Accreditation, along with an Executive Leadership Programme from the University of Oxford.
