Laura Taylor

Laura Taylor is an experienced educator currently serving as the Head of HSIE at Wahroonga Adventist School and the Head of Humanities, Coach, and Early Career Teachers Mentor at Hay Al Sharooq International School. At Hay Al Sharooq, Laura leads the Humanities department from Grade 4 to Grade 10, manages teachers, designs curricula, and supports staff development through coaching and mentoring. Previous roles include mentoring Early Career Teachers at Reading Girls' School and teaching Humanities to KS3 and KS4 students, emphasizing effective learning strategies. Laura's diverse background also includes experience in customer training, medical reception, and various frontline roles, supported by academic qualifications from the University of Reading, including a PGCE in History and a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies.
