Asha Frost

Asha Frost is a best-selling author and indigenous healer with extensive experience in homeopathy and spiritual healing. Currently serving as an author at Hay House, Inc. since March 2022, Asha Frost has published "You are the Medicine" and created the "Sacred Medicine Oracle." Previously, Asha Frost worked as a homeopath and indigenous healer from June 2004 to January 2019, focusing on homeopathic medicine and indigenous healing practices. Asha Frost holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a diploma in Classical Homeopathy from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine. As an Ojibway woman, Asha Frost emphasizes the importance of awakening the innate medicine within each individual.
