Shannon Richards

Shannon Richards is a real estate advisor at Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty. Shannon is also the founder of Hay Runner, a business that combines real estate, design/construction, and handyman services to support creatives in the built-world. Additionally, Shannon is the principal/manager/designer at Custom House Property & Design, LLC, where Shannon started producing custom pieces in 2003. Shannon also has experience as the Director of Business Development at Woodhull and as the General Manager/Designer at Fish House Realty. As the CEO/Owner/Artist Member at Nielsen Smith Metalworks, Shannon began a unique school focusing on metalworking in Portland, Maine. Shannon holds a BFA in Sculpture, Metals, Wood, Painting, Ceramics, and French from Syracuse University.
