Dan L.

Dan L. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at DV Hayabusa Studios since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Partner at CFO External, LLC from 2015. In addition, they held roles such as Managing Director at Lindquist Linvestments, LLC starting in 2014 and VP of Finance at SolarEV from January 2022 to June 2022. Before their current roles, they worked as a Senior Commercial Finance Manager at Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. (SIRC) from September 2021 to June 2022. Earlier in their career, they held positions including Vice President Corporate Banking - Portfolio Manager II at National Bank of Arizona from June 2013 to December 2015 and Financial Controller at Ability Dynamics (RUSH Foot) from 2013 to 2014. Dan also served as the Managing Director & CFO at Ace Vending Inc from April 2004 to March 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant - Senior Financial Analyst at Sanli Pastore & Hill, Inc. from April 2002 to April 2004 and Equity Research Analyst - Medical Device Industry at CIBC Capital Markets from December 2001 to April 2002.

Dan L. completed their high school education at Brophy College Preparatory from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a balanced coursework. Dan then attended the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance. During their time at the university, they achieved a 4.0 Major GPA in Finance and a 3.3 Major GPA in Accounting.

In 2007, Dan L. enrolled in the Hogan School of Real Estate and obtained a real estate license from the Arizona Department of Real Estate in March of that year, allowing him to engage in real estate buying and selling activities in Arizona.

In 2013, Dan L. pursued various corporate credit certifications related to financial analysis, risk management, loan structuring, and portfolio management. These certifications were obtained from different institutions such as Harlan Hill and Associates, Corporate Credit L&D, and Omega Professional Development Training.

From 2015 to 2016, Dan L. took coursework in finance, accounting, Excel, and financial modeling through Wall Street Professional Financial Modeling.

Currently, Dan L. is attending the University of Phoenix, where they are seeking a Graduate Accounting Certificate, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

Additionally, Dan L. has obtained several additional certifications, including a Corporate Credit: Advanced Cash Flow Analysis certification from Harlan Hill and Associates in January 2015, a WALL STREET PREP (Banker Advanced Modeling Certification) from Wall Street Prep in September 2015, and a CPA Candidate status from Becker Professional Education in January 2022, among others.
