Omar Shahrour

Omar Shahrour is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and investment. Currently serving as a Board Member for Hayat Pharmaceutical Industries and Kasih Food Production Co., where Omar also heads the Audit Committee, Omar has previously held significant roles at Capital Bank of Jordan, including participation on various committees related to Credit and Corporate Governance. With a tenure at Capital Investments and experience as CFO at Fine Hygienic Holding, Omar's career began as a Finance Manager at The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Jordan and earlier as a Financial Controller with EDGO Management Group. Omar holds an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan.
