Yippy Ip

Yippy Ip is an experienced HR professional with a focus on projects in compensation and benefits, process and policies, and HRIS. Since November 2018, Yippy has served as an HR Project Consultant at Hayco, where leadership in various HR initiatives has been a key responsibility. Previously, from May 2011 to September 2017, Yippy held the position of Head of HR Transformation at Nokia Solutions and Networks, managing global HR business operations and driving initiatives in workforce management and organizational change. Yippy's career began at Motorola Solutions, where, from September 1990 to April 2011, Yippy was a Senior HR Manager, specializing in business HR, compensation, and mergers and acquisitions. Yippy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University.
