Rajani Ramanathan

Rajani Ramanathan is an experienced board member and advisor, currently serving at Sportradar as a member of the Audit committee and at FARO Technologies on the Talent Development and Compensation Committee. At Guidewire Software, Rajani holds the position of Chair of the Risk committee and is a member of the Compensation committee. Other notable roles include board memberships at Hayden AI, Invicara, and Vayu Technology Corp, as well as independent board member with ESI Group, where Rajani chaired the Compensation and Nomination and Governance Committees. Additionally, Rajani has provided advisory support to Feathercap, Inc. and DailyKarma, and served on the Advisory Council for the California State University, Chico Cybersecurity Executive Education Program.
