Syed Mustafa

Syed Mustafa has three years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer at Hayden AI. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Teaching Assistant, Data Structures (C++) and Technical Intern at DePauw University. Syed 's role as a Teaching Assistant involved facilitating the instruction of Data Structure labs and tutoring students for class projects and programming assignments. As a Technical Intern, they operated and maintained the Tenzer Center systems and identified and tested new software applications and content. In 2019, they worked as an Instructor - Java and C++ Programming at iD Tech Camps, where they taught game design using Java and C++ to over 60 campers aged 13-18 over a period of 8 weeks and organized daily afternoon activities, lesson plans, and evening activities to foster a positive, safe environment for over 500 campers per week.

Syed Mustafa attended DePauw University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Economics. Syed also participated in a Visiting Student Program at the University of Oxford in 2019 and 2020, studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics. In addition, they obtained a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association in May 2019.
