Catherine Rickenbacker

Catherine Rickenbacker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at Hayden Consulting Group since April 2023, Catherine previously held multiple roles at Success Academy Charter Schools from May 2021 to March 2023, including Assistant Principal and Robertson Leadership Fellow, achieving significant success in 8th grade algebra team rankings. Prior to that, Catherine worked as a Senior Associate in Health Industries Advisory at PwC and gained valuable experience at Medtronic in sales operations. Catherine earned an MBA with a focus on Strategy from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and holds a BA in Business and Commerce from Rhodes College.
