Steve Bandler

Steve Bandler has a strong background in various roles related to operations, finance, and consulting. Steve currently serves as the Director of Firm Operations at Hayden Consulting Group. Previously, they worked at Putnam Associates, where they held positions as IT & Operations Director and Finance Director. At Analytics Operations Engineering, Inc., Bandler served as the Chief Administrative Officer / Chief Operations Officer, overseeing finance, HR, IT, telecom, legal, marketing, and administration. Steve successfully scaled the firm's operations and revenue during their tenure. Prior to that, they worked at Amgen as a Project and Portfolio Management Consultant, implementing a global project management system. Bandler also worked as a Senior Consultant at The Warner Group and gained experience in sales support and marketing roles at Apple and Australian Planning and Systems Company Pty Ltd / GSI Tactics, Inc.

Steve Bandler pursued their education, starting in 1981, at Colgate University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Economics with honors, magna cum laude. Following this, they attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1988 to 1990, focusing on Entrepreneurial Operations and completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
