Vanik Elchibegian has a diverse work experience, starting as a Sales and Marketing Associate at BNP Paribas in 2006. In 2007, they joined IBM Global Services as a Business Operations Consultant until 2011. During this time, they also founded Id Jam in 2009. In 2011, Vanik became the CEO and Owner of multiple companies including Bread Los Angeles, Brooklyn Bagel Bakery, Pastry Lab, and Oliver's Artisan Breads.
