Penny's previous roles at the United States Postal Service spanned almost three decades, culminating in the position of Team Lead before retirement, with responsibilities including managing inventory, overseeing customer service teams, and administering a significant operating budget. As an owner and partner in multiple ventures, including SHAPS Properties LLC and Shaps Beaver Creek Ranch, Penny has demonstrated proficiency in financial management, marketing, and operational oversight. Educationally, Penny holds a degree in Business and Art with a focus on Human Resource Management from Fort Hays State University.
