Ana Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ana started their career in 2003 as a Front Office Manager at Tam Brazilian Airlines. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Travel Consultant at American Express Global Business Travel. Ana then joined ESPN in 2007, initially as an Event Coordinator and later as a Production Support Coordinator II. Most recently, Ana has been working at Hayes Locums since 2017, where they have held the positions of Manager of Travel Services, Senior Manager of Travel Services and Customer Experience, and currently serves as the Director of Travel Services and Customer Experience.
Ana Ramos has a diverse education history. Ana attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2014 to 2016, earning an Associate in Science Business Administration (AS) degree. During this program, they focused on business law, human resource management, and marketing. Following this, they continued their education at the same university from 2016 to 2018 and obtained a Bachelor of International Business Administration (B.B.A.). Their field of study included political, cultural, financial, marketing, and management systems that drive international business.
In addition to their degrees, Ana Ramos also pursued additional certifications. In October 2021, they received a Diploma in Leadership & Management from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Ana also completed the Harvard Manage Mentor program at IATA Training in the same month and year, which was a collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing.
